Hamish, one of New Zealand most dominant multisport athletes of today. He has undergone several years of development, from a rookie athlete in his early 20’s, to now being a Coast to Coast champion. He understands what it takes to reach peak performance both physically and mentally.

Known for his running and multisport athleticism, ability to perform under pressure and skill for focusing on what he can control. Combine, these traits have seen him learn, discover and develop into both a successful athlete and coach. 

While on his own journey, he’s committed to helping others find their way into their chosen sport and support them towards their own goals and ambitions.

Personalised programs are tailored specifically for you and your ability. They are structured to provide the right amount of volume and intensity for what your body can absorb at one time. This increases the accuracy of your training to ensure you’re not over or under training as well as using your training time to its full potential. 

Hamish provides customised weekly/fortnightly programs and uses cutting-edge coaching software to analyse your fitness, fatigue and progress in order to squeeze the most out of your training.
